The script writer and narrator metaphor for individuals is a key concept in narrative psychology; this is so important that narrative identity is a fundamental concept in the domain of narrative and identity.Narrative theory and approach has found its way through various aspects of psychology and a plethora of research has been conducted in this regard. This paper aims to introduce different qualitative and quantitative methods in analyzing narrative data in addition to review stages of quantitative analysis and establishing reliability in narrative research. To reach this goal, first we review general necessary concepts of narrative; then we discuss methodology of narrative research in detail. In doing so, we differentiate qualitative versus quantitative analysis methods and highlight different quantitative analysis approaches for coding narrative data. Establishing reliability is a foundational process in quantitative data analysis hence we discuss steps of this process and introduce statistical coefficients of interrater reliability and their especial applications.

The criminalization or non-criminalization of political activities shows the approach of the political system and the government in dealing with adversity and political criticism towards itself. Systematic and comprehensive analysis of Iran's legal system shows that the field of citizens' activities sometimes fluctuates towards "freedom" and "crime" and that is two "political" or "security" crimes, and this main issue emerges. It determines when the citizen's freedom is bound to the field of "crime" and basically gets a political and security description. In the meantime, what seems to be the main question of this research and the challenge of Iran's judicial system is what is the correct criterion for distinguishing political crime from security crime, so that in the light of it, the ambiguity and inadequacy in the field of distinguishing political crime from security crime can be resolved. Therefore, the present article, with a descriptiveanalytical approach, while examining the political crime cases and paying attention to the documents as well as the legal aspects, examines how the Iranian criminal system deals with them and even if possible, presents a fair criticism. The result is that, although the quality of the crime seems to be a suitable indicator for differentiating political crime from security crime, but the totality of subjective criteria, mental, and public opinion can be considered as "accumulation of suspicion".

Since all, lack of suitable moral criteria in life of children and adolescence is one of the most significant factors in their trend towards crimes, and since human is creative of learning and learning takes place in environment as such, theory of cognitive-development of "Laurance Kohlberg" and given theory of dialogue bases on stories and given god has revealed his guidelines in koran and other heavenly books in terms of narrative on this basis, present research includes role of narrative-therapy on moral argument development adolescence of crime girls. The goal of this investigation is examining impacts of narrative-therapy on development of moral arguments of adolescence criminal girls. The current assumptions, as a whole represent the fact that narrative-therapy has impact on development of moral judgement of adolescence criminal girls. The method of performing this research is experiential and qualitative analysis methods. For assessing assumptions of present investigation, moral development test of Kohlberg, unfinished story written by researcher, incomplete sentences made by researcher and writing personal biography in two pre-test and post-test phases have been implemented using control group and experimental group. The Findings showed tat average score of the total unfinished sentences, incomplete story and biography writing has increased beyond test of experimental group, whereas no tangibe change has taken place in control group. Given obtained results, assumptions of current research are confirmed, that means after narrative-therapy we witness moral development of adolescent criminal girls.

Recently, in the field of modem criminology, several solutions have been proposed for expediting crime detection and lessening the rate of crime occurrence. Among these solutions those having scientific backgrounds have grabbed the criminologists' attentions. In this paper, burglary methods have been investigated using neural networks in order to detect a crime before it happens. In fact, the analysis of burglar behavior is the key to crime detection and attribution. In addition, the issue of anticipative detection has been discussed with a new meaning and its relationship with crime for casting has been explained. In the current paper, other academic techniques in subjects like: comparative criminology, group detection and link analysis in criminal networks have been fully discussed. Crime pattern recognition is a common need in all these academic solutions. The paper structure is a combination of two approaches: crime detection before its occurrence and crime for casting.

The pink collar term was introduced by Kapp Howe (1977) during the second wave of feminism (1960-1980). She has been examined specific experiences of women in the workplace, including discrimination, low wages, and sexual harassment. In the same period, the feminist criminology school began to study the behaviour of women as criminals and victims, and how they were punished. Criminologists do not study women as a distinct group, and criminology theory does not explain why women commit less crime than men. Feminist theorists studied women's abuses, the issue of victimization, and the status of women in the criminal justice system. This article is an analysis of the article on pink collar crime, women and crimes at work by Margaret Hammond and the problems associated with definition of crime and white collar crime, the root of “, pink collar crime”,as a term associated with women and talk about women, color and protest.

Economic analysis of criminal law applies economic methods and tools to study crimes and responds to them. Estimation of costs of criminal justice, sources and their allocation, are the subject of economic analysis of efficacy of criminal justice programs. The prevention of crime is one of emphasized responses to crime in criminal justice. The criminologists with respect to different crimes, design various programs and offer for implementation in the criminal justice systems. Because of scarcity of sources, policymakers are inevitable to choice the most economic program. The economic analysis of crime prevention program to allow comparison of the outcomes of policy options with comparable costs- is also worth pursuing to allow for selection among a menu of prevention programs, given scarce public and private resources for all things.In the legal system of Iran, principal 156 of the Constitutional Law prescribes prevention of crime through the judiciary. In spite of its importance, the economic analysis of crime prevention has not been considered so much in the legal researches in Iran. This article explains the importance of the economic analysis of crime prevention, cost-benefit analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis models of economic analysis of crime prevention.

Objective: To present and explain the method of narrative analysis: the most important (definitions, applications, objectives, strengths and weaknesses, characteristics, methods, validity and reliability)Collection method: Reviewing and studying documents and information sources from Persian and English books and papers.Results: Activity narration is very important since narratives help people turn their experiences into meaningful scenes of a story. This requires the use of cultural reasoning methods and content presentation. Narrative is a basic design for linking human events that creates an understandable combination. Narrative research has been considered from two perspectives: the research design or the output of a research. The research design was used to collect and analyze people's narratives of their experiences during life, and the output of the research refers to the expression of research research that is presented to the audience in a story-like manner. One of the most important differences between ethnography and narrative research is that the purpose of ethnography is to study and understand its culture and meaning based on different participants (behavior, value, way of thinking, etc.). While in narrative research, its purpose is to know individual experiences and their meaning. Narrative data such as different types of stories are collected in a variety of ways, including semi-structured interviews computer contexts, written conversations, ethnographic methods, and applied contexts such as therapy.Life Narrative Studies provide a compelling way to test hypotheses because they reveal rich psychological dynamics in human life.Conclusion: Narrative Narrative analysis as a qualitative methodology for advancing social research has been increasingly used by researchers in social sciences and other fields.

Nowadays, because of more crime in our society, there is an increasing need to establish some solutions to prevent or predict crimes. Regarding increasing advance in information technology and information system together with large data warehouse developed in Iranian police department, it is vital to employ data mining techniques to analyze and extract some knowledge about criminal behaviors. The main purpose of this study is to develop a data mining model which is capable of supporting law enforcement agencies so that they can use the enhanced model to improve crime prediction and response, and consequently enhance safety for all residents. The proposed model is based on K-means algorithm and association rules to describe the criminal behavior in our society. A real dataset with more than a hundred thousand records is used to indicate the applicability of our model.
